PRE-SALE PURCHASES: Pre-sale prices are firm. Items remain available until payment is received. Payment in full secures the item; no unpaid holds. If multiple buyers are interested in the same item, priority will be given to the first buyer who commits to purchase at the listed pre-sale price and completes payment. A private preview appointment does not constitute a hold or reservation.

PAYMENT: Cash, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo accepted. Payment must be received and confirmed before an item is considered sold.

PUBLIC SALE: Beginning at 11:00 AM Saturday, unsold merchandise will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the marked Saturday price. No unpaid holds.

FURNITURE REMOVAL: Buyers are solely responsible for moving, disassembling, carrying, and loading all purchased items. Please bring your own help, tools, dollies, blankets, straps, and an appropriately sized vehicle. We are unable to provide moving or heavy-lifting assistance.

PICKUP: All purchases must be removed from the property by 4:00 PM Sunday, August 30, 2026, unless other arrangements are approved in advance.

PRICING: Saturday prices are as marked. Remaining merchandise may be reduced on Sunday at the seller's discretion. Select designer or premium items may be excluded from discounts.

Please do not remove price tags or move merchandise marked SOLD or PAID.

Buyers enter the property and handle merchandise at their own risk. Please use care while moving through the home and removing purchases.

The seller reserves the right to correct pricing errors, withdraw an item from the sale, or refuse a transaction when necessary.

Serious buyers interested in a featured item may arrange a brief preview appointment between 9:00 and 11:00 AM Saturday, before the public sale opens. This provides an opportunity to inspect the furniture in person before completing a pre-sale purchase.
