Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

By entering and attending this estate sale, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Final

* All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults, whether known or unknown.
* All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be accepted for any reason.
* It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all merchandise before purchasing.

No Warranties

* No warranties or guarantees, express or implied, are made regarding the condition, authenticity, age, functionality, completeness, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, provenance, or value of any item.
* Any descriptions, verbal statements, photographs, or pricing are provided solely for convenience and are not warranties or representations of any kind.

Condition of Merchandise

* Many items offered at estate sales are vintage, antique, pre-owned, or previously used and may show wear, imperfections, repairs, or missing components.
* Buyers accept all purchased items in their present condition.

Purchase and Removal

* All purchased items must be removed within the time specified by the estate sale company unless other arrangements have been approved.
* Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, transporting, and securing their purchases.
* Staff is not responsible for assisting with heavy lifting or loading unless expressly agreed.

Personal Responsibility

* Customers enter the property at their own risk.
* Please exercise caution while walking through the property, including stairs, uneven surfaces, driveways, garages, patios, and other areas.
* Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
* Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the property or merchandise.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

* To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering the property and participating in the estate sale.
* The estate sale company, property owner, estate, heirs, representatives, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, accident, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property occurring before, during, or after the estate sale, regardless of cause, except where liability cannot be waived under applicable law.

No Liability for Personal Property

* The estate sale company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables brought onto the property.

Right to Refuse Service

* We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any person, remove disruptive individuals from the premises, and limit quantities or purchases at our sole discretion.

Errors and Omissions

* We reserve the right to correct pricing, descriptions, availability, or other errors at any time before a sale is completed.
Forms of Payment Accepted

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Credit Cards. (Please note that there may be service charge connected to using certain forms of payment).

Acceptance of Terms

* Attendance at the estate sale and/or the purchase of any item constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
*Not all items at sale are pictured - we have tons of merchandise!
