Neither Neal Geyer or company Starbazaar, or the homeowners accepts ANY liability for accident, injury, or catastrophe. You enter the home at your own risk and all employees of said companies (Starbazaar and Neal Geyer) and individuals are indemnified against all claims.
Please be quiet and respectful to the neighbors . Please park in legal spots as well.. Don't want anyone getting towed away.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED IN. Please leave all larges bags and purses in your car.... we will be handing out numbers at 7;00 !!!

Another Starbazaar estate sale for ya ! This one is a lovely Camarillo home on the backside of Camarillo off #118 Highway and Center School road. Near the Las Posas Country Club. The home has some very nice decor, furniture, and clothing. A great entertainers backyard had lots of outdoor furniture and plants. Did I mention XMAS stuff? Lots and Lots !
