First come, first serve on Friday and Saturday.
You can sign up on Thursday when the address is released by going to the home and adding your name to the list on the front door. Please be quiet as my clients are in the home.
PLEASE do not disturb or walk around the property. Be respectful of their privacy.
Do not block neighbors driveways.
We accept credit cards over $50 with valid ID. Please bring wrapping material for delicate items as our supplies are limited. Bring help to load large items.
We are not responsible for injury or accident while on property.
All items are sold "as is" and no refunds will be given.
