• Entry list will be available when the address is posted and only our list will be honored

• No boxes, purses, handbags, backpacks, pet carriers, bulky clothing/jackets or strollers allowed inside; leave them in your car
• Wallets and phones permitted inside
• Please DO NOT remove art from the walls: get a written ticket, pay, and we will remove it for you with a stamped ticket
• Be respectful of neighbors — do not block any driveways
• We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone at our discretion

FIREARMS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY. Armed security will be present on the property during sale hours.
No firearms, coins, or other high-value items will be on the premises outside of designated sale hours and will remain secured at all times.
All firearm sales will be conducted in full compliance with California law. The Estate Edit does not process firearm transactions. All transfers will be handled exclusively through a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL). No firearms will be transferred on site. All required background checks and the mandatory 10-day waiting period will be strictly enforced prior to release. For security purposes, only one individual at a time will be permitted to view firearms.
