PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP IF YOU ARE GOING TO PURCHASE ANY LARGE/HEAVY ITEMS. WE WILL BRING OUT ITEMS OUT FOR YOU, BUT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING/STRAPPING DOWN ANY ITEMS PURCHASED. FROM THE POINT YOU PURCHASE, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO ANY ITEMS.
FURNITURE WILL BE THE ONLY ITEMS THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PRE-SELL. ALL OTHER ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON THE DATE OF THE SALE. ALL ITEMS THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRE SELL ARE THE SET PRICES. NO DISCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN SINCE YOU ARE PURCHASING THESE BEFORE THE SALE BEGINS. PRE SELL ITEMS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE SALE COMMENCEMENT IN ORDER TO MARK THEM SOLD. OTHERWISE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE THE SALE STARTS SINCE ITS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Grasons Integrity invites you to an estate sale in the city of Cerritos filled with collections over the years. This lovely family wants to pass on their items in hopes that it continues to serve a purpose like it did for them. Pictures and description will be updated once we begin setup. Pictures are meant to display items that will be part of our estate sale for purchase.
