TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ESTATE SALE
1. Eligibility

This estate sale is open to all customers, subject to item availability.

2. Sale Dates & Hours

The sale will take place during the dates and hours posted for this event.

3. Entry & Text Sign-Up System

Our sign-up sheet is on your phone. There is no paper sign-up list.

The early sign-up list generally opens Thursday around 6:00 PM before the sale.
To join, text the city name of the sale to (714) 880-7705.
One person: Text the city name only. Example: Lakewood
Two-person group: Text the city name followed by 2. Example: Lakewood 2
A phone number may reserve a spot for a maximum of two people.
A two-person request is treated as one group/one place in line. Both people enter together when that group's number is called.
When prompted, reply with your name to complete your sign-up.
Your place is confirmed only after you receive an automated reply with your line number. If you do not receive a number, you are not on the sign-up list.
Save your confirmation text - it is your ticket at the door.
You must be present when your number is called. If you are not present, you may be moved to the back of the line.
Texts sent before the sign-up list opens will not reserve a spot.
No more than two people may be registered under one phone number. Additional guests must sign up separately using their own phone number.
No outside or unofficial lists will be honored.
Customers who are not on the early list are still welcome. After the initial numbered groups enter, admission is first-come, first-served.
There is no early access, pre-sales, or advance price inquiries before the official opening.
Sign-up procedures and policies are subject to change at the discretion of SoCal Home Clear Outs.

4. Entry & Security

Shopping bags, large purses, and oversized totes may be restricted. Customers may be asked to leave them in their vehicles.

Bags and personal items brought into the sale may be inspected upon entry and/or exit.

SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

5. Pricing

All items are priced as marked. Prices are non-negotiable unless SoCal Home Clear Outs announces a discount or promotion.

6. All Sales Final

All merchandise is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

7. Payment

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.

Full payment is due at purchase. If a deposit was previously made, the remaining balance is due at pickup.

8. Condition of Merchandise

No warranties or guarantees are made regarding the condition, operation, age, authenticity, or fitness of any item. Buyers are responsible for inspecting merchandise before purchase.

9. Pickup, Loading & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing their own labor and appropriate vehicle to remove purchased items.

SoCal Home Clear Outs staff are not responsible for loading heavy or bulky merchandise.

Delivery may be available for an additional fee when arranged with SoCal Home Clear Outs.

10. Liability

Customers enter the property and participate in the sale at their own risk. SoCal Home Clear Outs and the property owner(s) are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage occurring on or around the premises.

11. Changes or Cancellation

SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to modify sale procedures, pricing policies, entry procedures, these Terms & Conditions, or cancel/reschedule a sale when necessary.
