- All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.

What a peaceful week it has been in the way north of Clovis. We’re thrilled to bring you another full estate, rife with variety! From Young Living Essential oils, Bernina Sewing machines and notions galore to power tools from De Walt, Bosch, Porter-Cable, and everything in between.
The garage is a DIY-ers paradise. Dozens of name brand tools in impeccable condition, many in their cases and some still in boxes. Table saw, Ridgid wet saw, large ShopVac, yard tools, plumbing and electrical tools and supplies. Every bit, driver, accessory, and attachment you might ever need.
Tons of canning and bottling supplies. Upright freezer, shiny stainless steel Samsung refrigerator, and a whole host of small appliances. There’s a casual dining table and a more formal one with a parquet top and some of the most charming chairs I have ever seen! The fabric on them is original and so much fun! Beautiful antique sideboard, a couple of different coffee tables to choose from, and some wonderful craft storage furniture.
The sewing room is out of this world! Bernina L460 sewing machine and a Bernina B590 machine with a freshly done service; imagine how smooth that baby is gonna run immediately after you get it home. Each of the drawers in the white storage cabinets are chock full of sewing notions, supplies, tools, thread, quilting squares organized and ready to be used, and so much more! There are many famous maker fabrics to choose from, including but not limited to Emma One Sock (EOS), The Sewing Workshop, The Quilt Show, and more.
DOZENS of therapeutic grade essential oils from Young Living! Many new and unopened bottles, however even the opened bottles greatly retain their value. Most are full or nearly full. (5 & 15ml bottles) There are also a few new in-box diffusers, guide books, and other highly sought-after products from Young Living.
OMG did you see the Nintendo Power Pad!? I heard great stories of the memories made on that bad boy, and I’ve honestly never seen one in such great shape. If analog is more your jam there are some current tabletop games as well! If you crave more action there are a couple bikes to cruise around on while you lift weights and impress the neighbors while training for American Ninja Warrior. No, seriously, come check out the training structure way out back that was once the largest home training structure around, anywhere! Good enough for ol boy to get to the big show more than once, and help a bunch of others get there too!! Very cool little sidebar to our sale this week, thanks for indulging me!
