  We are located in Corona We are unable to place signs due to the city of Corona's no signage policy.

 We may limit the amount of shoppers in the home if it gets too crowded
 

Please line up on the driveway. 
Boxes and bags left as place holders in line must have your name on them and be cleaned up. Water bottles, coffee cups and other odd items will NOT count as place holders. 

Boxes and bags can not be placed before the day of the estate sale. 

Also please start lining up as you see other customers arrive so there isn't any argument over who is what place in line. 




 

  You are entering the property under your own discretion.
  Keep children with you at all times!
Please be respectful and courteous to others while shopping and no taking items that aren't yours from the hold area.
There are a lot of uneven surfaces please be careful! Make sure to bring help to assist in loading of heavy items. All large items must be picked up no later than (10:00 am Saturday)
We have the right to refuse service
