CASH ONLY! No sign up sheet unless YOU want to start one. and stay with it. We will not honor the sign up sheet. The sign up sheet is for you to manage. Get in line in order. No fighting allowed. We reserve the right to kick you out if you are rude or aggressive. The address will be shown the day of sale. Bring your own help to move large items. At no time will we help in moving any large furniture items. All furniture must be removed from the home the day of sale. We will have a hold table and section but we are not responsible for the items on the hold table. We are not responsible for any accidents on the property. You are entering at your own risk. Bring your own boxes and bags.

Our favorite aunt has passed and we are liquidating the contents of her home. She and her husband have lived here since the 1960's. There are many items including vintage items.
