Choose four qualifying items and pay for the highest-priced item.
Promotion applies only to qualifying merchandise and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Jewelry, silver, select collectibles, premium/high-value merchandise and specially marked items may be excluded.
Exclusions will be determined by the seller.

HOLDS & PURCHASES

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
No holds without payment unless approved by the seller.
An item is not considered sold until payment has been received.

FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS

Buyers are responsible for moving, loading and transporting their purchases.
Please bring appropriate help, vehicles, tie-downs and packing materials for large or heavy items.
Seller is not responsible for damage occurring during loading or transportation.

SAFETY & LIABILITY

Please use caution while shopping and be mindful of uneven surfaces, merchandise and other shoppers.
Seller/property owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen personal belongings, or damage to vehicles or personal property to the extent permitted by law.
Children must remain supervised by an adult.
