* All items are to be removed by the buyer. They must be picked up by the end of the sale. Please bring all your own boxes, bags, and packing material as we do not provide any.

* Please use caution at all times as we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

* Valuables and jewelry are removed before and after the sale. The only time they are on sight is during the sale. Our sales do have CAMERAS.

IMPORTANT DRIVING DIRECTIONS, PLEASE READ

The address for this sale often takes people to the wrong location. We will have signs and a flag at the entrance. Here are detailed driving instructions, photo/pin drop, and exact coordinates. Please see last photo for pin drop.

From interstate 80: take Pedrick Rd exit and head north east. Stay on Pedrick Road for about 1.7 miles. You will see two white metal poles on each side of the driveway, turn right. It is a long dirt road driveway with green barley growing on each side. Keep going until you see our signs directing you where to park.

Coming From county Rd 98/ Davis Woodland Backroads: Head West on Pedrick Rd. You will pass over Putah Creek/Leeve Rd. Whitaker Estate Sales is excited to present the Kidwell Farm Estate Sale! I will be adding photos and detail's daily. This is a massive sale and we are still unearthing treasures.

This is a large, multi-phase liquidation featuring the complete contents of the home, barns, shop, and an extensive selection of farm equipment.

The sale will be conducted in three separate phases, offering something for everyone.

Phase One: Online Auction

The online auction begins February 13th at 8:00 a.m. and runs through February 20th, with staggered closing times starting at 6:00 p.m. All online auction items will be available for in-person preview at the estate sale on February 19th & 20th. All online auction item photos will be clearly labeled “online auction”. There will be a handful of items that will have a “BUY IT NOW” option. You will have two days to pick up any online auction items. Pick up days will be, February 21st 9:00-2:00 & February 22nd 10:00-2:00. Phase Two: In-Person Estate Sale

Join us February 19th–22nd for an in-person estate sale featuring the contents of the home, barn, and shop. This phase includes a wide variety of household items, tools, and more.

Phase Three: Farm Equipment Auction

The final phase features an impressive lineup of farm equipment, including rolling stock, implements, containers, irrigation pipe, and miscellaneous items.
