1.All Sales Final

All items are sold as-is and where-is. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.

2.Payment Methods

We highly encourage CASH, and Accept ZELLE And Cash App

3.No Early Birds

Entry to the sale will be granted at the designated start time. No early browsing or purchases are allowed before the sale officially begins.

4.Pricing

Prices are as marked. No haggling will be permitted during the first day of the sale. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days, which will be clearly posted.

5.Hold Policy

Items will not be held without full payment. All purchased items must be collected on the day of the sale unless alternative arrangements have been made.

6.Liability

We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises during the estate sale. Please be cautious while moving through the property.

7.Pick-Up and Removal

All large items must be removed by the buyer by the close of the sale unless otherwise arranged. Buyers are responsible for providing their own tools, labor, and transportation for moving purchased items. Staff will not assist with loading or dismantling items. Estate Sale

Owners have movers that can provide the service after the sale. Please ask Diana or Tyray- Owners.

8.First Come, First Served

All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot reserve items for any customer without full payment.

9.Respect for the Property

Please be respectful of the home and its contents. Do not wander into restricted areas and adhere to any signs or instructions given by staff.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST SALES OF THE BY FAR! Filled with so much treasure for everyone. Your friends and family will be able to spend hours at one place and have a chance to walk out with antique, vintage, and modern items of every type. With so much space to explore including a main floor level, upstairs level, and two garages. All sitting beautifully on a 10 Acres lot. This is an opportunity you can not miss.

Travel Instructions:

Please Advise: Traveling to and from sale the roads have narrow passage ways you need to be alert and prepared for on coming traffic. If on coming traffic is present please be kind and pull to the side to let vehicles pass.

DO NOT SPEED: THERE ARE BLIND CORNERS. Speeding may cause you and others to approach too fast and may not have time to recover. Reduce speed and travel safely.

Driveway: There will be attendants at the beginning and end of driveway you must abide by their direction. please have patients and allow attendants direct traffic.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: 

REID'S ESTATE SALES ARE NOT responsible FOR THEFT OUR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES.

Parking maybe be limited to 35 vehicles PLEASE CAR POOL IF POSSIBLE. (PLEASE NOTE) If you are capable of walking for the lower section of the property, we will ask you to park at the lower level. please keep the upper black top area open for those who may need it.

Please be on the lookout for attendant for instructions. If parking is full then attendant will ask you to return later or return another day during the sale.

FOR THE SAFETY OF THE COMMUNITY

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN UNDESIGNATED AREAS. THIS AREA IS COVERED IN HIGH DRY GRASS AND MAY CAUSE A FIRE IF VEHICLES ARE NOT PLACED WHERE WE HAVE CLEARED GRASS UNDERSTAND IT IS ALL OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP OURSELVES AND OTHER HOMES SAFE !!!! DO NOT SMOKE ON THE PROPERTY ANYONE CAUGHT SMOKING IN UNDESIGNATED AREAS WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN TO THE SALE!!!
