True Legacy Estate Sales

     Amazing estate sale this coming weekend in Encinitas area. A three hectare house with lots and fun contents for those collectors and resellers. There’s so much art around the house, frames, African art, oriental pieces of furniture, oriental chests and vintage trunks, oriental best tables and a HUGE collection or adult magazines. There’s so much to look at this location. Here’s a partial list of the items that you might find this coming weekend. 
 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. We are delighted to announce that we will be providing an official True Legacy List on the first day of the sale. The list will be available on Saturday morning at 7:00 am. Please be prepared to add your name and the number of people from your party whose names will be on the list. For example, you can enter "Lee + 3 (San, Chan, Lisa)
2. We strongly recommend that you review the photos again on Thursday night. Owners took or removed items to keep them in the same day.
3. Please be respectful and avoid blocking neighbors' driveways, even if you are only picking up items or staying for a short period.
4. On the other hand, if you plan to purchase heavy or large furniture items at this sale, we suggest bringing extra help and tools to remove the contents of the home. We also have a third-party delivery service available. Please ask us about how it works, and we will provide you with more information.
5. All sales are final! Please double-check your items and, if possible, test any electronics before making a purchase. There are no refunds!
