*Cash & Credit Cards (for purchases over $20) Accepted, All Sales are Final and Items Sold As Is. Sorry, NO PRESELLS.
*Items purchased at an estate sale are classified as used items and are not eligible for refunds under California Civil Code.
*Sales tax will be charged on all purchases. We will accept reseller permits only if you can both show us your permit and prove its validity at our sales. Here is the link:

*Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home.
*Pricing information or any other questions via phone or email will not be available prior to the sale.
*You will need to haul your own items. We are not responsible to assist moving items for you.
*A hold area is available, please be certain you want items before placing them on hold- this is a commitment- you put on hold, you bought it.
*All valuables are removed from the site and brought in the morning of sale.
*Backpacks, large purses and bags are not allowed. Should you bring them they will be subject to inspection. Empty boxes are ok.
