Address is released at 6am on the first day of the sale.
Sign in sheet goes out at 8:00am on Wednesday, the first day of the sale. Customers will be allowed to enter the property to shop based on the order they have signed in.
All items are sold as is .
No returns accepted.
WE WILL ONLY ALLOW A LIMITED AMOUNT OF PEOPLE INTO THE HOUSE AT A TIME.
*HOW TO ATTEND THIS SALE:
Text: 949.838.7703 with First and Last name, along with the day and time you wish to attend (name will be verified by guard gate with your government ID when you arrive). The sale will be Wednesday the 9th through Sunday the 13th from 8am to 4pm. Appointments will be assigned at the start of each hour.
The community will only allow a 10 vehicles in at a time so we will have designated shopping windows. These time frames will be in 1hr blocks.
If you arrive late, your shopping time will still be held to the same 1hr block you were assigned, so please be on time.
Plan on carpooling so you and your friends can all get it! This is a great sale with a wide variety of incredible items.
