There will be a list on the morning of the sale at put out at 7am for those arriving prior to the opening of the estate sale. Customers will be let into the sale in the order the names appear on the list. Once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return. We will only honor the True Legacy list put out by our associates at 7am. True Legacy’s official list will be clearly marked with the company’s logo.
Please use visitor parking slots, DO NOT park in fire lanes or in front of garage doors.
We accept all major credit cards
Delivery services are available for larger items.
We will honor a watched list.
We do NOT presell any items.
Due to the high volume of sales, we are not able to answer questions regarding specific items before the sale opens. Thank you for your understanding.

Welcome to another spectacular sale in Fallbrook area. A two story home with items for everyone. Homeowner has classic cars for sale which are going to be by best bid on Sunday before 11:30 am. Great selection of power tools and hand tools, car parts, furniture, clothing, kitchen items and more!! Here is a partial list of the contents you will find this weekend.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- We are delighted to announce that we will be providing an official True Legacy List on the first day of the sale. The list will be available on Saturday morning at 7:00 am. Please be prepared to add your name and the number of people from your party whose names will be on the list. For example, you can enter “Lee + 3 (San, Chan, Lisa)
- We strongly recommend that you review the photos again on Thursday night. Owners took or removed items to keep them in the same day.
- Please be respectful and avoid blocking neighbors’ driveways, even if you are only picking up items or staying for a short period.
- On the other hand, if you plan to purchase heavy or large furniture items at this sale, we suggest bringing extra help and tools to remove the contents of the home. We also have a third-party delivery service available. Please ask us about how it works, and we will provide you with more information.
- All sales are final! Please double-check your items and, if possible, test any electronics before making a purchase. There are no refunds. ITEMS SOLD AS IS!
