FURNITURE WILL BE THE ONLY ITEMS THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PRE-SELL. ALL OTHER ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON THE DATE OF THE SALE. ALL ITEMS THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRE SELL ARE THE SET PRICES. NO DISCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN SINCE YOU ARE PURCHASING THESE BEFORE THE SALE BEGINS. PRE SELL ITEMS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE SALE COMMENCEMENT IN ORDER TO MARK THEM SOLD. OTHERWISE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE THE SALE STARTS SINCE ITS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. A Grasons Sign in sheet will go out one hour before the commencement of the sale. Any other sheet started will not be honored.
