All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. Call or Text (most efficient during sale hours) (559) 216-9586. Items left beyond the agreed upon pickup day/time will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

The start of the line is marked by a sign located at the entrance of the Casitas complex located on Van Ness. If you're unsure, visit our website to see a picture of the sign.
Friendly reminder, we have been asked not to park within the complex. If the gate is open before the sale begins, please be courteous and continue to wait at this location with everyone else.

**Before the fun begins, we need to ask for your help with parking. There is NO PARKING inside the complex, with the exception of those displaying a valid handicap placard. Quick item pick-ups/loading will be allowed, however, we do ask that all customers park outside of the complex, along Van Ness, and walk into the property. We know these circumstances aren't ideal and require a bit more effort, but the juice is worth the squeeze on this one. We'll have water available, signs to show you where to go, and our boy Brian will be at the gate making sure things are smooth and knucklehead-free.
There will be ONE LINE, forming OUTSIDE the complex, clearly marked by a sign. No bags are permitted at the residence and will be moved to the back of the line. Please line up/place bags OUTSIDE the complex and wait to be escorted in by Eclectic Staff. Thanks for working with us on this!**

Absolutely incredible 19"X10"X9"natural amethyst geode, fully intact, >50lbs! Truly wonderful, photos simply refuse to do it justice.
Fine furniture by Henredon, Drexel, West Elm, Brayton International, Haining, IKEA (yes, I know IKEA isn't exactly considered 'fine' but these are actually nice and in fantastic shape!) Basically new, tags-still-on queen mattress atop a gorgeous, well made West Elm MCM inspired solid wood frame. Large vibrant blue hand woven oriental rug. Beautiful consistent color throughout, no sun fading, minimal spots, a true stunner.
There are many supplies for creative ventures - silk dyes, beads, a fantastic collection of vintage flower frogs, bits and bobs and odds and ends. There's a mix of vintage and new fabrics and linens as well. The whole space is revving with creative energy, come hang around and get inspired by something; you deserve a little more fun in your life!
There are several large, beautiful, healthy plants that have been lovingly prepared for transport. They are hearty and heavy and will require a fair amount of labor to arrive home as they left. (Friendly reminder - the customer{that's you, baby} is responsible for moving, loading, and securing their own purchases. We're not trying to be mean or ruin your day, it's just that we're old and broken down, too. ) We are happy to make pick-up arrangements with you for a different time in a less chaotic environment as well.
Please be mindful and respectful of the restricted areas of the home. Our Client is still living here and we have made all sale items available outside of closets, cabinets, and drawers.
Again, please help us be welcomed neighbors by obeying all property rules and the simple guidelines they have asked us to follow. NO PARKING INSIDE THE COMPLEX, EXCEPT TO BRIEFLY LOAD PURCHASES. We will have Eclectic Staff at the entry to maintain fairness and look out for the best interest of our Client and their Neighbors. We're not monsters though. Folks that have handicap placards are welcome to park inside. Please don't make it awkward for everyone by trying to outsmart our one little rule - the walk isn't bad enough to embarrass yourself by being asked to go park with everyone else.
