-All items are purchased as-is, with no guarantees on condition or working order. **Please test, inspect, and verify it works as expected before purchase. --No refunds or exchanges.**
- All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
-A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. Call or Text (most efficient during sale hours) (559) 216-9586. Items left beyond the agreed upon pickup day/time will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

ARE YE READY TO HUNT FOR TRAYSURE, ESTATE SAILORS!? IT’S YER CHANCE TO EXPLORE AN UN-STAGED, UN-UNFURLED ESTATE IN NEARLY THE EXACT CONDITION THAT IT WAS IN WHEN THE FAMILY HANDED IT OVER!
Here’s what we have done:
– Sorted and organized the bounty of costume jewelry
– Ensured there were no muskets or cannons tucked away
– Spruced up and cleared a bit of clutter
Here’s what we haven’t done:
– Priced 99.9% of things
– Staged pretty much anything
– Spent a whole bunch of payroll by doing those things –
which means BIG piles for INCREDIBLE prices!!!
As many of you know, being a resource to our Community is a cornerstone of what Eclectic Estates is about. However, providing the level of service, preparation, and staging we are satisfied with and known for takes a ton of resources, time, and put plainly – money. So, in order to help this wonderfully kind, hilarious family (that totally won me over) through a very logistically difficult situation we’ve stripped our services way back and passed on ALL the fun to YOU! By skipping the staging, hours of research, tagging and pricing, and agreeing to an all-out blow-out I do believe we can clear this house out!
With the exception of maybe 5 pieces of furniture, the car, and a general price list for the costume jewelry, NOTHING else is priced! Prices will be determined by the lot at the time of checkout. You should bring a box or a bag! A BIG BAG. We will have hold tables – plan to cover and protect your pile! Staff eyes will be busy busy, and we want you to wind up with your loot!
** The format of the sale doesn’t change the level of respect we expect to be shown to our Client’s home, collection, and your fellow shoppers! So bring your BIG BAG and your manners, we’d hate to make you walk the plank for acting booty over booty.**
SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY
HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)
PARKING: Narrow street with some parking challenges. Get there early to find a spot and grab your place in line! DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS! It’s inconsiderate to our neighbors and everyone will judge you 😉
STEPS: There are steps in and out of the house. The back steps are tricky, extra tall – be mindful and watch your step!
