All items are purchased as-is, with no guarantees on condition or working order. **Please test, inspect, and verify it works as expected before purchase. No refunds or exchanges.**
All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. Call or Text (most efficient during sale hours) (559) 216-9586. Items left beyond the agreed upon pickup day/time will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

HELLO FRIENDS!!
Slight change in plans this week, but nothing a little flexibility, kindness, and ingenuity can’t solve! Come see us for a nice tidy little sale just east of the Tower District.
There are lots of fun original art pieces by Lisandro Lopez Baylon, Beverly Daly, Rosalie Prussing, Margaret Hudson, and more. Wonderful quality solid wood furniture from Thomasville and other antique-modern pieces. Two power recliners from LaZBoy with more bells and whistles than you can shake a stick at. Nearly new Queen Pillowtop by Spring Air. Several small side tables and accent furniture. LOTS of long handle gardening tools, GAS power equipment, hand tools, and more. Some healthy plants in heavy pots (you move, silly) to beautify your landscape.
There’s a fantastic collection of well-stored old photos that would make anyone’s lineage look more stately and influential. Put any of those old guys on your LinkedIn and say it’s your Greatest Grandfather and SEE if you don’t get promoted! (Results may vary)

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY
HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)
TERRAIN: Please watch your step around the outdoor areas and backyard. There are some rough spots on the ground and some elevation changes that require your eyeballs and awareness. It’s muddy, and if you fall down everyone will know and it will ruin your cute outfit – Please be careful.
PARKING: NO CRAZY INSTRUCTIONS THIS WEEK! Please do not block driveways, as usual, and be mindful of our neighbors.
MUSCLE: Friendly reminder, the buyer is generally responsible for moving, loading, and securing their own purchases. We are happy to work with you while you make arrangements for muscle and means to get your items home. Please talk with us about these details before purchase, we like a nice clear expectation and happy customers!
