Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or traffic tickets – signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure. Avoid areas taped off.
Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
Bring help and supplies to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm each sale day.
Park respectfully curbside. Do not park on neighbor’s property. Driveway for PICKING UP ITEMS ONLY.
