⁃ No pre-sales. No prices will be given via phone or email.
⁃ Line up 1 hour before the sale. No holding spots with boxes or otherwise.
⁃ Be respectful to the neighbors by keeping the noise down and not blocking any driveways.
⁃ All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied, nor implied warranty of merchantability. Please watch your step before entering the home and exiting. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the homeowners, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale, inside the home or around the property and during removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
⁃ We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle. No cards. We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase. Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded. Bring your own boxes and packing materials for fragile items as we may or may not have any.
⁃ Please do not bring large handbags to the sale. Property is monitored 24/7 by an audio/video system. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
⁃ Do not enter bathroom or rooms that have a Do not enter sign.
⁃ Please be considerate and patient as we will let a certain amount of people in the house - then one in and one out - for your safety.
