A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you find a list somewhere on the property, WE DID NOT CREATE IT and WE WILL NOT HONOR IT! Even if the page has our business name or logo on it, it is NOT ours.
2) No Trespassing. We reserve the right to refuse service to trespassers.
3) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
4) All sales are CASH ONLY.

6) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
7) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
8) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
9) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

1. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets, even if they have our business name or logo printed on them. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale. This sale has a more selected set of items, though more than just those shown in the pictures. There is a good variety of items to peruse this time.

It looks more of a petite sale, but there is much, much more! Priced to sell!

As you can see, there are a good number of books in the sale, as well as the round table and four matching chairs.Here we have a dining room table, with four matching chairs.This is one of a pair of sofas with the same size. You'll see the other one in the next photos. Don't forget the rug!Here is both an overview of the room and a view of the other half of the sofa set.These are the two sofa pieces together. There is also a framed piece of art on the wall and a lamp off to the right.This cabinet set is in excellent shape.There are a few office and desk pieces in the sale: a pair of desks, a two-drawer filing cabinet, the world wall map, and a pair of video monitors.Here we have a bed table by Danecastle ApS in Denmark.Here is the label for the bed tableThis coffee table is also made in Denmark, as can be seen with the next picture.Here is the proof of "Made in Denmark".You might call this a lingerie chest, but there are only six drawers. So perhaps it is just a chest of drawers for a small space. And you can put in whatever you want (that still fits).This tiled-top table looks like it was fun to make.This sale is like most sales and includes a fair number of kitchen-related items: plates, cups, a coffee maker (back left), and the Crock Pot.The picture here shows a large collection of glasses and similar stemware. But don't forget the other side's rolling pin, knife block, and pressure cooker.More cookware is shown here, as well as a few baking/serving dishes.This overview picture of the kitchen also shows the clock above the sink. Yes, there is a garage in this sale. While you can't necessarily buy just the garage, you can buy the items IN the garage.Most of these garage photos will have a variety of treasures to explore.For instance, this photo shows a boom box (AM/FM receiver, cassette player with 5-band EQ), a pet nail trimmer, and a mystery tool box.At least one jack stand, a porch light, and what looks like a Craftsman chainsaw case are here.I had one of those shop creepers (middle of the picture behind the blue bin). It worked great for me. There's also a ladder in the back, and gardening tools on the right.Makita and DeWalt power tools are good choices and should last you anyone a while.
