Important Note: There are some stairs, and a little bit of hill. Parking is highly recommended on the street above, as it is a narrow street.

There are no strollers, bags, and purses.

As all of our other estate sales, we want you to have fun and be safe. We Thank you in advance for respecting the rules as follows.

-We accept in person cash, Venmo and credit card (internet might bit slow or spotty for cc or Venmo transactions.

-There is a sale tax of 10.500% for the city of La Canada Flintridge, and if you have a seller’s permit, please be ready to show the actual Seller Certified Permit, and filled the California Resale Certificate.

-Please be respectful of the neighbors, home businesses, wildlife and your surroundings.

Absolutely no blocking of driveways, alley, and entrances of any home/business by vehicle or persons. No parking in the middle of the street. Due to the street being narrow, we highly recommend you to park on El Vago St.

There will be a spot for parking, only when picking up merchandise.

Be extra careful as you are solely responsible for any type of accidents.
We -persons running the sale, homeowners, property management or anyone, are not responsible for any accidents, happening to you, your vehicle and your belongings.

All property are sold AS IS/WHERE IS and all sales are FINAL
Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted.

While the persons running the sale will,
to the best of his/her ability, describe the items for sale, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, that the property offered for sale is what it is described to be. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the age, size, condition and value of the item/goods.

Sadly, and unfortunately due to an incident of a family of characters being scammers we now Reserve the Right to Refuse Business to Anyone!

Please do not remove any tags or stickers from merchandise, as we cannot sell item without the correct tag/sticker.

If you purchase an item and paid for or you place an item on hold with deposit and decide to change your mind, there is no refund or exchange.

Important: If you purchase an item(s)/good(s) and do not pick up by the date given and the time, there is no refund for merchandise. Please make sure you are available to pick up your merchandise!

Sorry, we don't have the manpower to help you move and load up your merchandise bring extra hands to help you, we don’t provide that service.

Shoplifters will be fully prosecuted, picture of you will be taken and shared with others Estate Sale colleagues for our protection and you will be ban from all our sales indefinitely!!!
