We accept in person cash, Venmo and credit card (internet might bit slow or spotty for cc or Venmo transactions), and for online it would be credit card
There is a sale tax of 10.25% for the city of Long Beach, and if you have a seller’s permit, please be ready to show the actual Seller Certified Permit, and filled the California Resale Certificate (you can find the link at our website). Website will be serviced the next couple of days and open with information on Friday late afternoon.
Please be respectful of the neighbors, businesses and your surroundings.
Absolutely no blocking of driveways, alley, and entrances of any home/business by vehicle or persons.
We want your experience to be wonderful as well as ours, please follow the following...
Parking is limited on the street; we will have parking per appointment only in our business parking spot.
Be extra careful as you are solely responsible for any type of accidents.
We -persons running the sale, homeowners, property management or anyone, are not responsible for any accidents, happening to you, your vehicle and your belongings.
