No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

2. Cash Preferred
Cash is strongly encouraged. Electronic payment methods may be accepted at the seller’s discretion. No checks.

3. First Come, First Served
Doors open at the stated start time. No early entry or item holds without payment.

4. Enter at Your Own Risk
By entering the property, you agree to assume all responsibility for your own safety.
The seller and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, slips, falls, damages, or losses of any kind.

5. Bring Your Own Help to Load Items
We do not assist with lifting, carrying, moving, or loading.
Please bring your own helper, tools, straps, and vehicle.

6. Respect the Property & Neighbors
Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
Parking is available by the park directly in front of the house.

7. Prices Are Firm at Opening
Negotiation may be considered later in the day on certain items. No aggressive bargaining early on.

8. No Large Bags, Backpacks, or Unattended Children
This is for safety and loss prevention.

9. Same-Day Pickup Only (Unless Arranged)
Items must be removed the same day unless a written pick-up time is approved by the seller.

10. Surveillance in Use
Security cameras may be present for safety and theft prevention.
