All items are described and photographed as accurate as possible. However, colors may vary slightly in person due to differences in monitor settings and lighting. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us and return the item within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping is non-refundable.


The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any merchandise before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

The auctioneer will be the final judge as to who is the successful bidder. In the event of any dispute the auctioneer shall at their discretion decide to reopen the bidding or not.

On the fall of the auctioneers hammer, ownership to the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, and as such the bidder assumes full risk and responsibility and will pay the full purchase price of the item(s).


All California residents pay sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a sales tax exemption number.

Payment Terms: Payments can be made directly through Live Auctioneers. We accept - Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Discover - Money Orders - Checks (with delivery of merchandise occurring only after the check has cleared.)

For payment, if you have a card on file with Live Auctioneers, it will be automatically charged after you receive your invoice.
