Every work of art comes with its own COA (Certificate of Authenticity) & recent art appraisal (within the past 5 years). All of the works of art are beautifully framed & in fantastic condition, ready to hang. All of the art is signed by the artists. 

Art will be available for purchase & local pick-up during the specified sale days. If you the buyer are located out of state & not local, you the buyer are responsible for all shipping costs, packing costs & shipping arrangements. We will be accepting cash, Zelle & certified bank cashiers checks for payment.

Prices for each piece will be posted in about a week or so, and the prices will be negotiable.
