We do not have time to test each and every item.
As with every estate sale, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Buyers must provide their own bags, boxes and labor to move heavy items.
All large items must be picked up no later than 3:00pm on each sale day or purchase will be forfeited unless specific arrangements have been agreed to.
