❌❌ We use the number system to enter our sales for our homeowners protection and your safety.  ❌This means numbers will be at the gate 2 hours before we start EACH DAY ❌ Feel free to grab a number (ONE PER PERSON) then go grab breakfast or sit in your car. This way you don't have to stand outside in line. DO NOT OPEN GATES.  Be sure your back 15 min before opening because we allow people to enter in numerical order. If you arrive after your number is called you'll have to take a new #. WE START RIGHT ON TIME - NOT BEFORE❌❌ 

We have a beautiful Kitchen filled with treasures 

Bedrooms are packed full with furniture and beds ( some electric ) . 

A Kardasian sized closet ( bigger than your average bedroom) filled to the brim with men’s clothing from work shirts to jackets all in well known names ! If your Xl or XXL then it’s your lucky Day !!!!  Don’t forget the work boots , dress shoes , High end belts , fancy jackets , golf attire and more !

❌Parking inside is limited & we are holding spaces for handicapped shoppers and for pick ups!! Once we are FULL inside EVERYONE must park outside and walk the driveway. Please wear closed toe shoes and leave the kids home because this is a ranch and it’s snake time!  So watch where you walk / stay on driveway and do not wander where you should not !  we cannot be responsible for those who do not follow the rules ! 

❌ Auction Items : you must come out and see items in person❌ We will have starting prices on each item - if you wish to place a bid you must leave $100 cash deposit. Its fully refundable if you're NOT the winner ! We require this to make sure people are serious buyers !!!!! 

You can use a credit card to make a bid but then it’s $125 deposit and only $100 is refundable: SO BRING CASH ! Don't wait till the last day to make a bid. People who make bids on day one or two will be called if they are outbid allowing them to make a new bid if not on site the last day . Bids close on the last day at end of day. You do not need to be on site if you have made a previous bid !

❌ we accept vennmo , cash , debit and credit cards ( with matching ID )  plus Apple Pay ! You cannot use a credit card to pay for the tractor or polaris and you will be allowed 3 days after the sale for pick up!❌ items not picked up will be returned to stock and deposits forfeited !
