Sorry, but NO CHILDREN allowed at this sale. Space is limited.
Also please leave big purses in your car and NO backpacks allowed.
When parking on the side of the road please be courteous and don't park on the neighbor's driveways.

QUILTERS & HOME SEWERS...YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THIS! With all the fabric stores closing lately this is YOUR chance to update YOUR stash with some totally awesome fabrics!

FABRIC, FABRIC, FABRIC! This is a HUGE collection of cotton quilting fabric collected over the past 30 years by someone who absolutely LOVED fabric. There is so much to see! All of this was purchased at quilt shops over the years and stored nicely in a huge sewing room. The fabrics are cotton, unwashed, and come from makers like Hoffman, Alexander Henry, Hi-Fashion Fabrics, Moda, Marcus Bros, Northcott, etc.

There are also numerous quilting rulers of all sizes, thread, quilting books, patterns, etc.

The fabric will be sold at $9/lb which averages out to approximately 3-4 yds, depending on the maker.

We are NOT measuring, NOT cutting. It will all be sold by the piece.

There are florals, children's fabrics, food related fabrics, holiday fabrics, and just a ton of novelty fabrics as well.
