Neither Client nor Liquidator are held liable for any accidents or injuries should they occur on the property. We are not responsible for personal loss. Please inspect items before you purchase as they are in vintage condition. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please bring help to load large items. Please note that some items in photos may have sold prior to the sale to our private buyers. If you would like to be added to our pre-sale list please message the number in the listing or let us know in person. If you are coming for a specific item you are welcome to call ahead to make sure it is still available.

We accept VENMO, CASH, and PAY PAL. No credit card will be accepted.

Please no bags, boxes, or strollers allowed inside the property. Please do not block neighbors driveways. There is plenty of easy street parking. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you this weekend!
