All items in this catalog are offered by Remoov as consigner but with full legal right to sell the pieces on behalf of the owners. Everything is sold AS IS and WHERE IS. While Remoov does our best to describe the items properly, Remoov makes no guarantees or warranties to the accuracy of these descriptions. Electronics and Appliances have been tested to ensure they power on correctly, but no additional testing has been completed; condition of FRAMES, whether for pictures or mirrors, is NOT guaranteed. Remoov reserves the right to hold merchandise until full payment has been received and cleared by our bank. Remoov does not make any representations or warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to size, count, weight, style, authenticity, period material, or manufacturer copyright or reproduction right or any other warranty except as specified below on any lot sold. All measurements and weights are approximate. All glassware or dishware is sold as is; Remoov cannot check every piece for chips. Remoov is not responsible for damage of glass covering paintings, drawings, and other works of art, or frames, regardless of cause. Remoov will not guarantee the authenticity of any signature unless so stated at the time of auction. Remoov is not responsible for typographical errors. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement or a fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. All items are sold strictly AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely no returns will be accepted. ALL items MUST be removed from the Remoov warehouse within ten (10) days from the date of auction (?Pickup Window?). Merchandise may be collected in-person following the completion of the auction. Remoov also offers local delivery for a fee. Once your payment has been cleared, merchandise may be released. Please note that the hours for removal of merchandise are Sunday and Mondays 10am to 2pm. If you are unable to make it during these windows please email us at sales@remoovit.com and we will find an alternate time to pick up during the Pickup Window. Items not retrieved or shipped within ten (10) days will be subject to discretionary fees for and storage. Once the Pickup Window expires, Remoov is no longer liable for it. Any condition report given on any item prior to the auction is null and void for items left in the gallery after 10 days. Unless prior arrangements have been made, any item(s) left with Remoov for more than twenty (20) calendar days after the auction shall be considered abandoned and forfeited by the winning bidder with no possibility for refunds. After twenty days, abandoned property will revert to Remoov and the bidder shall have no claim to property. Abandoned items may be resold at auction. Remoov is not obligated to notify the winning bidder that the abandoned item(s) will be resold at auction.
