1. Agreement to Terms:
By participating in the estate sale, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Viewing:
Viewing hours are 9am - 4pm.
All items are sold as-is. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
Bright Liquidations is not responsible for any damage or loss during the viewing.

3. Purchasing:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include Cash or Zelle.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Item Condition:
All items are sold in their current condition. Bright Liquidations provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition or functionality of items sold.

5. Liability:
Bright Liquidations is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the estate sale.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.

6. Personal Items:
Please do not bring large bags or backpacks into the sale area. Bright Liquidations reserves the right to inspect bags upon entry and exit. You will be required to check all bags at the door when entering the property.

7. Conduct:
We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and courteously. Bright Liquidations reserves the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately.

8. Photography:
Personal photography is allowed unless otherwise stated. Please respect the privacy of others.

9. Modifications:
Bright Liquidations reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
