• Bring help to load large items

All items are sold as-is in their present condition. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

By entering the premises, all attendees agree to assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property, including slipping or falling. Attendees agree to handle all items with care and to avoid disrupting the sale.

Attendees agree to hold harmless the estate sale company, the property owner, and the estate owner from any liability for accidents, injury, or damage occurring on the premises.
