-Sign up sheet goes up at 6AM the morning of the sale. It will be put out by Marco or Gabriel. Any other list created without our authority will be voided.

-Cash & Credit Cards (for purchases over $20) accepted.

-Tax applied to EVERY transaction (We do not accept resell permits)

-All Sales are FINAL and items are sold AS IS. We DO NOT PRESELL.

-Items purchased at an estate sale are classified as used items and are not eligible for refunds under California Civil Code.

-Seller and ESG (Estate Sale Guys) are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home.

-Pricing information or any other questions via phone or email will not be available prior to the sale.

-Bring help to help load large items. You will need to move your own items. We are not movers.

-Please be certain you want items before placing them in holding area as it is a commitment..You put it on hold, you bought it.
*All valuables are removed from the site and brought in the morning of sale.
*Backpacks, large purses and bags are not allowed. Should you bring them they will be subject to inspection. Empty boxes are ok.
