There is a fairly steep set of stairs leading to the front door . Everyone will enter thru the side entrance to the house .Please use caution coming & going , and allow others to exit and enter easily .

We love pets, but cannot have pets inside the home. If you are out walking your dog, and see our sign , you can leave doggie outside with a friend or tied up. We will have water out for the dogs. The dogs cannot come in the home. Thank you for understanding.

We collect California sales tax unless you have a valid sellers permit number.

Parking is on street only. Please do not block any of our neighbors driveways.

PLEASE NOTE : We are not responsible for any accidents injuries or loss on this property and we are exempt from responsibility regarding Covid or Covid related issues or conditions.

Buyer will be responsible for moving all large items. We will accommodate you time -wise for moving large items .
