All Sales Final: No refunds, exchanges, or returns. Items are sold as-is.
Payment: Cash and major credit cards accepted. No personal checks.
Security: We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone.
Large Items: Buyers must bring their own help for moving and loading large purchases. We are not responsible for lifting or transporting items.
Liability: Attendees assume all risks while on the property. The property owner and sale organizers are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Pricing: No early price inquiries. Prices are firm on the first day, but discounts may be offered as the sale progresses.
Holding Items: Items will not be held without full payment.
Parking: Please park legally and be respectful of neighbors. Do not block driveways.
