Thank you for your interest in the upcoming sale!

The sale is located in the lovely Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The address will be released at 8am on EstateSales.net on the first day of the sale.

FINE PRINT & FAQ!
- No early birds, please!
- We accept cash and Venmo.
- Some inventory may vary or change in set up.
- Please inspect your treasures before you buy them. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
- Please bring your own bags and boxes.
- Owners onsite. All high-end goods are removed from the property at night.
- Free street parking available.
- Please read and obey traffic signs.
- Please be kind to the neighbors. Don’t double park or block driveways.
- All purchases must be removed from the sale by 4pm each day unless otherwise arranged (Happy to help accommodate schedules as needed)
- Staff will not be available to help move purchases. A small dolly and large cart will be available to transport small items to your car. Download the LUGG app to order a mover within an hour.
- Lamp Purchases:
*Some lamps are missing harps and finials; these are easy (& fun!) to replace, but please inspect your lamp and be aware of what you’re purchasing.
*Loaner light bulbs will be provided for testing vintage lamps
*A selection of original art lamps will be available. Only use LED light bulbs with these lamps, as they have not been tested for fire safety.
- At this time we are not selling items prior to opening. You can email a photo of an item to see if it’s still available after the last day of the sale.
- The property is under 24/7 video security with alarm.
- We are not responsible for accidents or incidents.
