-All items are purchased as-is, with no guarantees on condition or working order. **Please test, inspect, and verify it works as expected before purchase. --No refunds or exchanges.**
- All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
-A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. Call or Text (most efficient during sale hours) (559) 216-9586. Items left beyond the agreed upon pickup day/time will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

We’ve got a nice, full estate this weekend in the city of Madera! Located near Howard & Granada (or Ave 14 & Road 25 depending on your map) we expect a fantastic turnout for a nice, neat collection! A blend of traditional, MCM, and Mission style furniture all in excellent shape. A totally tropical paradise in the sitting room that appears to have never been sat in! Literally like new condition, extremely clean and practically begging to be enjoyed. Sturdy and handsome solid maple dining table and six chairs, complimentary hutch that can be used with or without the top portion. Crystal drinkware and accessories from Waterford and other famous makers, a full Noritake China set, and many other fun entertaining pieces. (Did you see that fondue set 😍) Wool area rugs, quality solid wood furniture, and several pieces of original art around the home.
There is an incredible library of books in the office, spanning the eras – bring a box! Lots of travel items, souvenirs, ephemera, maps, postcards & more. Lots of fun vintage items – swatches, tablecloths, blankets, Afghans, etc. Great closet of funky vintage clothes! Women’s size M-L and Men’s Large, primarily. (You have no idea how badly I wished those silk tracksuits fit Bobby and I. We would’ve performed our favorite scenes from the Golden Girls in the Miami living room if we’d only had the proper costumes.)
There are two nice patio sets out back, a wood bench, and a beautiful lava rock fountain! Lots to pick out there as well, a handful of Christmas items, media, and more. There are a number of hand tools in the garage, and lots of outdoor/camping items as well. Plenty to seek and find this SATURDAY AND SUNDAY in the city of Madera!
Fun fact: Within the City of Madera, Estate and yard sales are only permitted on the first full weekend of each month, Saturday and Sunday only – hence our different schedule this week. We are also very limited on where we are able to place signs – our apologies if we’re harder to find this week, we’re simply playing by our host City’s rules. The upside is there will likely be a whole bunch of sales to visit after you come see us!
SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY
HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)
SIGNS: We may be limited on where we are permitted to place signs leading you to the sale. Our apologies, we’re simply complying with local rules. We’ll do our best to get you there easily!
PARKING: Madera Yard Sale weekend may present street parking challenges! Please be thoughtful, do not block driveways!
EARLYBIRDS: Kindly leave a bag or box as your place in line and remain quietly in your car. See ‘Hotel California Line Rules’ above.
