In-Person Estate Sale Terms & Conditions – Orange Blossom Estates

1. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason.

2. Payment Terms

Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.

All sales must be paid in full on the day of purchase.

Orange Blossom Estates reserves the right to require identification for credit card use.

3. No Buyer’s Premium
There is no buyer’s premium for in-person estate sale purchases. Applicable sales tax will be added unless a valid resale certificate is provided at checkout.

4. Item Inspection
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items before purchasing. No claims or adjustments will be made after the sale.

5. Removal of Items

All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale day, unless otherwise arranged with Orange Blossom Estates.

Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools, and transportation for removal. Staff may not be available to assist with loading.

Items left behind after the designated pickup time may be forfeited without refund.

6. Safety & Liability
Attendees enter the property at their own risk. Orange Blossom Estates, the property owner, and any affiliates are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost property.

7. Entry & Conduct

Orange Blossom Estates reserves the right to limit the number of customers inside at one time and to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

No early entry. No exceptions.

Please be respectful to other shoppers and staff. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.

8. Holding & Tag Removal Policy

We do not hold items without full payment.

9. Children & Pets
For safety reasons, no unattended children or pets are allowed on the premises.

By entering the sale and/or making a purchase, you agree to abide by all of the above terms.
