All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

4. Responsibility for Children

Customers are responsible for supervising children at all times. Any damage caused by children is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

5. Property Damage

Customers agree to be financially responsible for any damage they cause to the property, furnishings, or items for sale.

6. Limited Capacity / Entry Control

For safety reasons, entry may be limited. Customers must follow all instructions from staff regarding movement and capacity within the home.

7. Hold Harmless Agreement

By attending the sale, customers agree to hold harmless the estate, property owner, and estate sale company from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their presence at the sale.
