Only cash, Zelle, and Venmo accepted for payment.
Buyers must be sure to inspect all items thoroughly prior to purchasing them.
We do not have time to test each and every item.
As with every estate sale, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Buyers must provide their own bags, boxes and labor to move heavy items.
All large items must be picked up no later than 3:00pm on each sale day or purchase will be forfeited.
