You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.

All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

Why get on a plane, fly 11 hours, deal with EES entry and exit systems just to go to France and shop the antique shops and flea markets?
This week, Friday and Saturday (October 2-3) from 10-2 we will be ready to have you shop this gorgeous sale. This estate is sure to please..a lifetime collection of treasures, including French, Asian, Chinese, Japanese, art, fine art, porcelain, china, exquisite hand made linens, and everything else. A large Dover Shores home with a spectacular view of the bay, loads of collections and treasures for your perusal and a terrific experience seeing items you would rarely see.
We have been organizing and will conduct the sale as follows:
Since there is a family member still in the home, in order to protect privacy, we have decided to centralize the sale in the living/dining room area...there will also be a hutch filled with gorgeous French and leather bound books. In the entry items will also be for sale and at the top of the stairs a beatiuful French armoire...Rooms will be taped off to secure family and personal items. We will likely conduct at part 1 estate sale this week (Friday and Saturday) and a part 2 somewhere down the line.
Beautiful French linens and table linens, French ceramics, collection of hard stone elephants, Asian objects and decorative arts, paintings, water colors, Saint Louis stemware, china, porcelain, gorgeous carved gilt wood mirror, figural coffee table, MCM Italian sofa by Cassina, carved side chairs, hutches, buffets, deck chair, and more.
Since our space is limited, we will have small groups at a time which ensures a pleasant shopping experience for everyone. Once escrow closes and the family members have moved out, we can focus on the rest of the house for part 2 of the estate sale.
