Entry

Enter the sale premises at your own risk.

Children must remain with a parent or guardian at all times.

Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses may be restricted at our discretion.

All Sales Are Final

All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties are offered.

Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

Item Availability

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

We cannot guarantee the availability of any advertised item.

Payment

We accept:

Major credit/debit cards

Credit and debit card purchases may The charged a 3% processing fee.

Holding Items

There is a holding area to place items before they’re purchased. All items placed on the holding table are considered sold And buyers are expected to pay for them upon checkout. 

Loading & Removal

Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their purchases.

Please bring appropriate help, tools, blankets, and tie-downs for large items.

Staff will not be available to assist with loading.

Purchased items should be removed by the conclusion of the sale unless otherwise agreed upon with estate sale company. 

Parking

Please park only in designated areas and do not block driveways, loading zones, neighboring businesses, or emergency access.

Safety

Customers assume all risks associated with entering the property.

Please use caution on uneven surfaces, stairs, and around furniture or other obstacles.

Longview Ranch Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen personal property.

Respect the Property

Please do not open cabinets, drawers, closets, or rooms that are marked "Do Not Enter" or are otherwise restricted.

Item Removal

Do not remove price tags or take merchandise outside the sale area until it has been purchased. If found removing or altering tags, you will be removed from the sale. 

Security

Shoplifting or altering price tags will be reported to law enforcement. Security cameras are in use.

Photography

Photography and video recording may occur during the sale for marketing and security purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded incidentally.

Longview Ranch Estate Sales reserves the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, refuse service, or modify these terms as necessary.
