There are no purses or back packs allowed in the sale. By entering the premises all estate sale attendees are agreeing to assume full responsibility for any accident that may occur such as slipping or falling. Attendees agree to be careful with breakable items. Attendees agree to not disrupt the sale in any way. Attendees agree to hold harmless the estate sale company, the property owner and the estate owner for any accident, harm or injury they may suffer while on the premises. All items are sold as is in their present condition so please inspect items carefully before purchasing. All sales are final - there are no returns.
