URGENT! VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE!!

A reminder that you need to text us with your first and last name if you are coming to our Oceanside sale. This is a private gated community.

Unfortunately, the HOA has notified us that people entering for the estate sale will not be admitted until 10am. Saturday is set aside for pick up only. We apologize, but this information just came to us yesterday evening.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This is a security gated community. You must be on a list that we provide to the security station. They will scan your driver's license upon entrance. If you currently do not receive an email directly from us, then you need to notify via text Jill 858-361-0488 or Lee 619-980-3178 two (2) days prior to the day you want to attend so that you can be added to the authorized list.

Only entry to this property is Leisure Village Drive off of Cannon Road!!! Please be mindfull of observing the speed limit and parking as this is a private senior golf commuity.

After you get into the commuity, there will our usual sign up list at the property by the front door.
