We accept CASH ONLY. Please bring your own bags/boxes.

BUYER is responsible for moving all items. There are NO restroom facilities at this sale.

We will consider pre sale of large items up till 2 days before sale.

I will put out a sign up sheet in driveway between the 2 homes at 7:00 am . I will not except other pre made lists to be fair. Once you are on our list you can go and return at anytime before the sale starts.
