No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please inspect items carefully before purchase.

Shoplifting and Changing or Removing Price Tags is a CRIME!
We utilize video and audio surveillance. Failure to comply will result in detention, police intervention, and prosecution.

Payments
We Accept Cash, Zelle, and Venmo, unless otherwise noted.
Note: A transaction fee will be applied to all Venmo (2.6%) purchases.

Sales Tax
We collect California state sales tax. We will accept a valid resale if you provide us with: 1) a physical copy of your valid California Seller's Permit (we'll verify) or 2) a completed and signed Resale Certificate. No Exceptions.

No Early Entry
Sales begin at the advertised time. No Exceptions. You must be present and in line at start time of sale to ensure your place on the sign-up sheet. The sign-up sheet will be available 1 hour before doors open each day.

First-Come, First-Served
Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hold Items Policy
Given the limited space, items are held for 2 hours with a $10.00 non-refundable deposit. If you do not return to purchase the item will return to stock to sell.

Large / Heavy Items
The pick up date for all large and heavy items will be the last day of sale at 12noon. Please note, you'll need to arrange your own assistance for moving said items as our staff cannot help. Full payment for all items is required before pickup, and please have your receipt ready. No Exceptions.

Liability Waiver
Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

No Large Bags or Backpacks
Please leave large bags in your vehicle. We will prosecute shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law.
Upon entry, bags will be available.

Respect Property & Neighbors
Please avoid touching items marked “Do Not Touch”, "Sold", or "Do Not Cross" and stay within the designated areas. If found entering restricted areas, we'll ask you to leave the sale and you cannot return.

- Do not block driveways or move the neighbor's trash cans. Street parking Only. Ensure your parking is legal, since local police will enforce the regulations.

Children Must Be Supervised
For their safety, children must remain with the parent or guardian at all times. No strollers or carriers. And remember, if you (or your child) break it, you buy it. No Exceptions.

Respect Others
Please be respectful of neighbors, other shoppers, and staff.

Attendees acknowledge that neither the homeowner, the community, nor Everything Has Its Place assumes responsibility for any accidents or incidents occurring on, within, or near the property.
